We are pleased to invite submissions for the 22nd International Entrepreneurship Forum (IEF) Conference, taking place in Istanbul, Turkey (14โ16 September 2026).
We welcome extended abstracts (max. 2000 words) engaging with this yearโs theme: Entrepreneurship, Values, and Wellbeing in the Age of AI.

This yearโs conference explores how entrepreneurship is evolving in a rapidly transforming world of artificial intelligence with all its ramifications for economic, environmental, organisational, social, and technological change. We particularly welcome contributions aligned with the six interrelated subthemes of the conference:
- AI as a Transformational Catalyst for Entrepreneurial Opportunity
Key issues: opportunity recognition; decision-making; operational efficiency and scaling; accessibility and democratisation
- Entrepreneurial Adaptation and Co-Evolution with AI, Technological Change, and Economic and Social Uncertainties
Key issues: technological change and the reconfiguration of entrepreneurial opportunities; entrepreneurial capabilities, learning, and adaptation under rapid technological change; systemic technological change, values, and wellbeing
- Individual and Organisational Wellbeing and Entrepreneurial Resilience
Key issues: AI literacy, climate adaptability, and entrepreneurial resilience; psychological impact of AI integration in a climateโstressed society; work, identity, meaning, and climateโresponsive entrepreneurship
- Gendering Entrepreneurship in the Age of AI โ Opportunities, Inclusion, and Support
Key issues: womenโs entrepreneurship and the shift towards ai-enabled capability; building inclusive and supportive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs
- Entrepreneurial Ethics and Values in the Age of AI
Key issues: ethical decision-making and responsible innovation; human-centric values; the moral agency of entrepreneurs
- Societal Wellbeing and the Broader Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in an Era of Unprecedented Uncertainty
Key issues: job creation and displacement; inequality and access; community and social capital; entrepreneurial resilience during unprecedented times
We encourage contributions that advance thoughtful, critical, and progressive perspectives focusing on the key issues within any of the sub-themes, though contributions are not limited to them. However, all contributions should reflect any one of the sub-themes and the main conference theme.
We look forward to receiving contributions that advance thoughtful, critical, and forward-looking perspectives on entrepreneurship in an increasingly complex world.
